An Act to amend the Petroleum Revenue Management Act, 2011 (Act 815) to provide for the allocation of funds to the Ghana Infrastructµre Investment Fund for the purposes of infrastrricture development, the provision of the composition of the Investment ( Advisory Committee and for related matters.

IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Petroleum by section 22 (c) of the Petroleum Commission Act, 2011 (Act 821), these Regulations are made this 16th day of July, 2015.
